"Podium Plumbing’s story began in 2013, when I was given the opportunity at just 16 years old to start an apprenticeship in plumbing and heating. From the very first day on the tools, it became clear that this was more than just a trade. I loved the problem-solving, the practical skill, and the satisfaction of leaving every customer with a safe, reliable, and well-designed system.

 

As I progressed from apprentice plumber to a fully qualified heating and gas engineer, I began to notice something missing in the local market: a truly reputable, dependable plumbing and heating company that customers in Bury St Edmunds and across East Anglia could trust for quality, communication, and long-lasting workmanship.

 

With that vision, Podium Plumbing was formed.

 

Since 2020, the company has gone from strength to strength. We’ve expanded our team, broadened our services, and continued to raise our standards year after year. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of plumbing, heating, and renewable energy services from domestic installations and repairs to full heating system upgrades and air source heat pump solutions.

 

What hasn’t changed is our commitment to exceptional workmanship, honest advice, and treating every home as if it were our own. Whether it’s a simple repair or a full system installation, our goal is to deliver work that stands the test of time.
